Virtual Reality improves Customer Experience and Quality Assessment

As first terminal operator DP World has produced Virtual Reality movies of all its inland terminals in Europe to increase the level of customer experience and awareness for safety and quality.

Andreas Janetzko, Managing Director of DP World Logistics Europe, the responsible organisation for all Inland and Intermodal activities of DP World in Europe, states that Virtual Reality movies enable customers to better understand DP World’s service potential and underlines the claim to be the industries innovation leader. Mr. Janetzko states further, that Virtual Reality movies can also be used for training purposes in order to increase safety and quality awareness at the terminals.
