European Programme

As a key part of developing a strong future leader pipeline within Europe, we are looking for the trailblazers, changemakers, pioneers and the adventurers to join us on our journey. We need individuals who are as future focused as we are, to help us realise our ambition of being the leading player in the global logistics market.
This is a rotational programme that will involve working in real jobs in operational environments from day one, across our Europe footprint. After two years you will be ready for your first your first management opportunity with DP World.
Operations/Engineering
Gaining experience within our Ports & Terminals and Logistics businesses could include developing asset reliability and efficiency programmes, electrification and sustainability projects or major infrastructure and asset expansion programmes. You will be deployed on real life projects from day one, allowing you to make an impact within each rotation.
This programme will involve two rotations of twelve months which could place you at any of our European business units.
If you are graduating or have graduated (min 2.1) in the last 2 years from a mechanical, electrical or related engineering undergraduate programme then this might be the opportunity you're looking for.
Commercial
Our Commercial stream will involve you in developing supply chain solutions that create efficiency and deliver value for customers. This could include business case analysis, product development of new services, or working directly with customers and cargo owners on the implementation and commercialisation of new integrated digital solutions.
This programme will involve four rotations of six months which could place you at any of our European business units.
If you are graduating or have graduated (min 2.1) from a marketing, sales or business related undergraduate programme then this could be the opportunity for you.

APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Online application
After you complete the online application, we'll review your submission and assess it against the role.
2. Video screening
Successful applicants will be asked to record their answers to key a number of general, high level interview questions which will be assessed offline with successful candidates being invited to assessment centre.
3. Online testing
As input for the assessment centre candidates are asked to complete a series of online tests to reveal cognitive ability, personality traits and workplace ‘fit’.
4. Site visit & assessment centre
The face-to-face assessment centre will be held at one of our sites, allowing you to get a feel for who we are as a company as well as hear from business leaders and current programme participants.
5. Start September 2023
Congratulations! If you are successful you will receive an offer in writing and all the details you need to know ahead of starting with us.
