You will be gaining experience within our ports & terminals or logistics businesses on real life projects. This could include working on developing asset reliability and efficiency programmes, electrification and sustainability projects or major infrastructure solution engineering and automation asset expansion programmes.

Our commercial stream will immerse you in developing supply chain solutions that create efficiency and deliver value for our customers. This could include business case analysis, product development of new services, or working directly with shipping lines or customers and cargo owners or high profile partners such as the McLaren F1 Team on the implementation and commercialisation of new integrated digital logistics solutions.

Our finance stream will place put you at the heart of the financial mechanisms of the our business. Your rotations will move you from our financial planning and analysis teams to treasury to business finance.

Our people stream will equip you with the fundamentals that will allow you to support our people across the business for all of our HR needs. You will have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of disciplines that make up a modern HR Function, including in Talent and Organisation Effectiveness, Reward, Business Partnering, HR Operations and HR Information Systems.
